Price Match
Let’s begin with the easiest thing. Arrow Machinery will price match similar equipment. You can now rest assured that you are getting the best deal. This allows you to pick a distributor based on service.
Financial Analysis
A new store is a large investment. There is no reason to do it blindly. We will guide you through a pro forma analysis based on the number of washers and dryers in the store along with the demographic numbers. This data-driven analysis will show you expected payments, return on investment, and budgets. You will come away equipped with what you need for a business model to take to a financier.
Construction
Laundromats are unique things to build. Our utility and equipment requirements are unusual for most general contractors to have come across before. Our spirit has always been to serve as a resource to the GC and subcontractors to make sure things are done right and economically. We are available for their questions and your project will get a representative from Arrow that does weekly site visits.
Choosing a Location
We will help you choose a location using demographic analysis and our knowledge of what site infrastructure will work for a laundromat. If you desire, we have commercial realtor partners that can assist with negotiating leases and assist in assessing locations.
Financing
Arrow Machinery knows of several financing sources. We are happy to introduce you to these sources or work with your private bank.
Installation
Arrow Machinery has our own in-house, local install team. They are experienced and can properly install and set up equipment. Also, we have a local warehouse to stage equipment from.
Store Layout
Once we know the location Arrow Machinery will create a layout of the washers, dryers, and folding areas of the store. Your layout will use the latest principles in laundromat and retail design to make a store that functions as best as it can. You will be provided drawings by an architect that includes a utility schedule.
Architect & Designer
We team with local architects that can take our draft store layout drawing and flesh it out into a full set of construction-worthy drawings. Your local architect will help with getting your project through code approval. Next, how do you best achieve the “look” of your store? We can help pair you with a retail designer that will pick materials, furniture, lights, and colors that make your vision come to life. A good designer also helps you source materials for fast construction and stay in budget.
On-Going Service
Congratulations, you have opened your store! The relationship doesn’t end there. We have a labor and parts warranty for when your store is newly breaking in. We continue that with the best-in-market technical service that Arrow Machinery is known for.
